The Torts in Commercial Law Conference will be held in Sydney on 17-18 December 2010. The speakers are all world leaders- academics, practitioners and judges- in the field of torts and obligations generally. The programme is packed with fascinating presentations and lunch sessions will include poster presentations by scholars whose research is at the cutting edge of their fields. The conference is the third in a series (the first two involving Equity and Unjust Enrichment respectively) in which delegates have enjoyed world class presentations and extremely vibrant debate and discussion.
